It' quite simple really, but when in Saudi Arabia it is important to remember one fundamental thing: The place is as sinful or decadent as any other except it all happens BEHIND CLOSED DOORS! your best bet is to befriend some locals, there are parties every weekend if not everyday, these "parties" are usualy at a private house or villa with one big room basicaly turned into a nightclub, music,dancing,drinking,followed by sex. 90% of the girls at these parties will either be lebanese or moroccan! (the rest are local and some parties have all saudi girls but local girls will not go with a foreigner even if hell freezes over so forget it ) The lebanese and morrocan girls usualy cost from SR 2000 to 3000 for the really good looking ones and usualy they have a female pimp or leader of the group if its a group and they have thier own driver. There is a whole underground world that very few outsiders know about.
Again make friends with local saudi guys which are between 20-40 in age, english speaking and western educated and once you become good friends and u think they are open-minded enough ask them because there are tons WG's around. Thier are also many pimps around but you have to learn to recognize them and they are almost always non-saudi.
If your only in town for a few days you can probably ask the reception/manager of your hotel if he is a non-saudi but ask in a very discreet way. Even if he can't help you you will not be punished in any and the cops WILL NOT be called way so don't worry.
If you just want a cheap quicky your best bet is the fillipino ladies all over the place like someone said in another thread.
